Most people who are in touch with their bodies do know the cause of the pain they suffer with. When you know the cause, that is really helpful. It bodes well for the resolution. You may not be able to help yourself, but a good holistic practitioner will.

Common Causes Of Pain

There are some common causes of pain, but as everyone is an individual, the following list is far from comprehensive.

  • injury
  • constant study or screen time often gives eye strain (an injury), then headaches
  • repetitive work without regular rests can cause injury
  • lack of sleep
  • menstruation
  • stress and tension
  • bad diet (very common)
  • high toxin levels in the body
  • drugs and vaccines

The source of the pain is, for the most part, inflammation. The body uses acute inflammation after injury as a way to stop you further injuring yourself. The pain tends to make you rest. So the use of anti-inflammatory drugs can mask that and drastically slow down healing.

The acute inflammation will reduce as you heal. However, you also need to stop the cause of the pain, by taking appropriate, constructive action.

Chronic inflammation is a long term issue that develops from all the other causes listed. This is much more problematic. For example, a man consulted me with severe digestive pain. He’d consulted many MDs, with no respite. His diet was terrible, consisting of a lot of fast food and soft drinks, which certainly didn’t help him. But he believes that it all started after a flu vaccine.

Flu vaccines don’t cause these sorts of problems in most people that I am aware, although they may cause other issues, so he may be particularly sensitive. Or it may have been the last straw, The point is, he felt he did know the cause of the pain he suffered with, as from that point on, he had the severe pain he hadn’t experienced before.

A new condition that is also caused by an injection (the covid) is multiple system inflammatory syndrome in children, or MIS-C for short. This is where multiple organs are inflamed in a desperate attempt of the child’s body to eliminate the toxins.

How To Resolve Pain

It’s quite possible that had the above man chosen to improve his diet, he may have been able to fully resolve the pain. When people appreciate the importance of the right diet for us humans, as T Colin Campbell discovered, many deep seated and chronic conditions that are painful can be fully and completely reversed.

Adding more drugs to reverse a drug induced condition doesn’t make logical sense.

One of the most common ways to resolve menstrual pain is to stop consuming dairy products. A lactating (and pregnant) cow is full of natural hormones, in addition to the synthetic ones the farmer uses to increase her yield. These have a deleterious effect on not just womens hormones, but mens too. And teenage boys are much affected.

It’s also important to reduce the toxin levels in the body, if you want to function well.

Holistic health care, in particular good homeopathic treatment, can help speed up the healing of injuries, can dramatically reduce inflammation, can address individual sensitivities, can resolve the cause of pain, whatever it is.

How it works is by helping to restore the functioning of your immune system, so it can work as it should. All chronic conditions show a badly functioning immune system. When that is restored to its optimal level, health will be restored. It may take time, but it’s time well spent.

Whether or not you know the cause of the pain, it can still be fully resolved when you take responsibility for your diet and when you use homeopathy for your health needs. Knowing your triggers for pain is helpful but not necessary.
