There are many factors which contribute to pain, so it’s logical that managing pain holistically, or in fact any other way, needs to examine all the factors that contribute to the pain.

It doesn’t have to be a big workout at a gym. You may already have a job that involves activity. Thats great, but bear in mind you also need to limber up most of your body. And that does include carrying heavy weights. Mothers of young children do that a lot, but it’s important for everyone.

3 – most people live a life of stress, are overwhelmed trying to juggle work, family, finances, time, etc. Many people hate their jobs, creating massive stress. This needs to be drastically reduced. One of the quickest way to do that is to learn to meditate. You may need to consider a change of job or career.

In reality, most stress comes from not following your instincts, your feelings, your heart. Relying on outsiders to tell you what to do always results in high stress as it’s disempowering. You are the master of you and you need to make the decisions for you. Learning to trust your inner wisdom takes time, but can be life changing.

4 – our current way of living has detached us from Nature and we are suffering from that. What we do to others, we also do to ourselves. We need to be respectful of all other life forms, including our home, the Earth. The constant drive for greater wealth regardless of who or what we trample on, will be our downfall. We are part of Nature. Let’s be good relatives, treating her how we want to be treated ourselves.

Putting all this together is going to take you time. You can’t change overnight. And most people need a helping hand to get past problems, especially health problems.
