The treatment for sciatica are many and varied. Sciatica can be an extremely painful problem to have. It is characterised by pain that travels along the length of the sciatic nerve. This runs from the base of your spine down your legs.
The pain feels deep inside your buttock and typically travels down the back of either leg, even as far as the foot.
